The Maxx 90 is an absolute powerhouse perfect for high volume tire dealers, general repair, or street performance shops. The Maxx 90 features a rim clamp design with a 6" to 30" external clamping diameter as well as both a foot and hand operated bead loosener. Different technicians have different work styles. Giving them a choice (hand or foot) of how they do the work lets them get it done on their terms. Power through standard tires faster with the foot operated pedal or use the hand operated control for more finesse. The Maxx 90 is Coats fastest tire changer and is able to change a wide range of tires including OE passenger, SUVs and pickup truck, light duty truck, run flat, performance and low profile tires. It can be ordered either with the 220V 2 speed electric motor or an air motor. 
 
The Maxx 90  comes outfitted with Coats' leverless bead lifter,  RoboRoller and Robo-Arm helper systems.  The leverless bead lifter mounts and demounts tires without traditional tire tools that can potentially mar the wheel surface. This makes the process faster and easier while reducing potential for damage.  The RoboRoller is a bead depressor that keeps the bead in the drop center and prevents the tire from rolling back over the mount tool. It adds extra power and control that techs need to mount difficult tire assemblies. The Robo-Arm® is an articulating assist that provides direct pressure to the tire bead to create a bead lock – pushing the bead in the drop center when mounting – which helps techs change difficult wheel applications like low profile and run-flat tires.
 
The Maxx 90 features the Grip Max 2.0 extended 30" clamps that allow you to clamp passenger car, light truck or extreme custom applications without changing anything for maximum time savings and damage avoidance. The Grip Max 2.0 clamps include built in plastic protectors to eliminate metal-to-metal contact with rims. Maximum grip with minimized risk for wheel damage.
 
All Maxx series tire changers feature the dual nozzle bead sealer which consists of two powerful jets that concentrate air flow to quickly seal tough beads so you get your jobs done more efficiently. A reliable bead sealing design with fewer hoses and moving parts and less maintenance. The robust chassis was tested up to 250,000 bead breaking cycles for ultimate durability in the harshest working environments. The no-index tabletop means you can tackle larger assemblies without needing to pre-position the tabletop. This will save you time when working on large assemblies, reducing pedal presses and allowing techs to keep moving.
